How to install Unifi Identity

iOS ( iPhones and iPads )

  1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you received, which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
  2. This should open a page that will redirect you to the App Store, where you can click on the Get button to start downloading the app. If it doesn't, then select Download the app manually.
  3. After the app is installed, go back to your email and select Get Started again. This will automatically take you to the Identity app, where ityou will askbe youasked to sign in to your Microsoft Account.
  4. Alternatively, open the Identity app, click Sign in to Your Organisation, and type "buckedup" in the field that asks for your organisation's domain.
  5. It will ask if you want to allow the app to use "microsoftonline.com" to sign in. Click Continue. Now, log in with your Microsoft 365 account.

Android ( phones and tablets )
Currently the app for Android is still in beta so requires a little bit of additional work to install.

  1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you receivedreceived, which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
  2. DoThis notshould open a page that will redirect you to the Google Play Store, where you can click to install fromon the PlayInstall store, instead click the linkbutton to downloadstart it manually.
  3. You many need to allow installing from unknown sources to installdownloading the app. If it doesn't, then select Download the app manually.
  4. OpenAfter Unifithe app is installed, go back to your email and select Get Started again. This will automatically take you to the Identity andapp, enterwhere you will be asked to sign in to your organizationMicrosoft code:Account.

  6. Log in with your Microsoft 365 account.

Windows

  1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you receivedreceived, which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
  2. It should automatically start downloading. If it doesn't click on Download UniFi Endpoint manually.
  3. Continue through the installer to install UniFi Identity Endpoint.
  4. Open Unifi Identity and click Sign In to Your Organization
  5. Enter organization domain: buckedup
  6. To connect to the VPN, click on the icon in the bottom-right taskbar and toggle on the VPN connection.

Mac OS

  1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you receivedreceived, which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
  2. It should automatically start downloading. If it doesn't click on Download UniFi Endpoint manually.
  3. Continue through the installer to install UniFi Identity Endpoint.
  4. Open Unifi Identity and enter your organization code: buckedup
  5. Login with your 365 account.
  6. It will be in the top-right taskbar. Click System Preference, click the lock, Allow Identity.
  7. Connect to the VPN by toggling it on and clicking Allow on the popup.
