How to install Unifi Identity

iOS ( iPhones and iPads )

1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you received, which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
2. This should open a page that will redirect you to the App Store, where you can click on the Get button to start downloading the app. If it doesn't, then select Download the app manually.
   
3. After the app is installed, go back to your email and select Get Started again. This will automatically take you to the Identity app, where you will be asked to sign in to your Microsoft Account.
4. Alternatively, open the Identity app, click Sign in to Your Organisation, and type "buckedup" in the field that asks for your organisation's domain.
5. It will ask if you want to allow the app to use "microsoftonline.com" to sign in. Click Continue. Now, log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
6. The app may ask for specific system permissions; allow them when requested for it to function correctly.

Android ( phones and tablets )

1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you received, which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
   
2. This should open a page that will redirect you to the Google Play Store, where you can click on the Install button to start downloading the app. If it doesn't, then select Download the app manually.
3. After the app is installed, go back to your email and select Get Started again. This will automatically take you to the Identity app, where you will be asked to sign in to your Microsoft Account.
4. Alternatively, open the Identity app, click Sign in to Your Organisation, and type "buckedup" in the field that asks for your organisation's domain.
   
5. Log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
   
6. The app may ask for specific system permissions; allow them when requested for it to function correctly.

Windows

3. Continue through the installer to install UniFi Identity Endpoint.
4. After the app is installed, return to the website you downloaded it from and select "click here" to trigger automatic sign-in. This will then prompt you to allow the website to open the application. It may ask you to sign in to your Microsoft Account again.
5. Alternatively, open the Identity app, click Sign in to Your Organisation, and type "buckedup" in the field that asks for your organisation's domain.
   
6. The app may ask for specific system permissions; allow them when requested for it to function correctly.

Mac OS

1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you received, which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
