How to install Unifi Identity

iOS ( iPhones and iPads )
Currently the app for iOS is still in beta so requires a little bit of additional work to install.

  1. If you don't have TestFlight already installed, do that now from the App Store. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/testflight/id899247664
  2. Open the TestFlight app and make sure it's connected to your Apple account.
  3. Click on the Get Started button from the email you receivedreceived, which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
  4. DoThis notshould redirect you to the App Store, where you can click to install fromon the appGet store,button insteadto clickstart downloading the linkapp. If it doesn't, then select Download the app manually.
  5. UnderAfter UniFithe app is installed, go back to your email and select Get Started again. This will automatically take you to the Identity Endpoint,app, clickwhere Viewit inwill TestFlight.

  6. Continue the stepsyou to install the Unifi Identity app within TestFlight.
  7. Open Unifi Identity, click Signsign in to your organization,Microsoft Account.
  8. Alternatively, open the Identity app, click Sign in to Your Organisation, and entertype "buckedup" in the field that asks for your organizationorganisation's code: buckedupdomain.
  9. LoginIt will ask if you want to allow the app to use "microsoftonline.com" to sign in. Click Continue. Now, log in with your Microsoft 365 account.

Android ( phones and tablets )
Currently the app for Android is still in beta so requires a little bit of additional work to install.

  1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you received which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
  2. Do not click to install from the Play store, instead click the link to download it manually.
  3. You many need to allow installing from unknown sources to install the app.
  4. Open Unifi Identity and enter your organization code: buckedup
  5. LoginLog in with your Microsoft 365 account.

Windows

  1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you received which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
  2. It should automatically start downloading. If it doesn't click on Download UniFi Endpoint manually.
  3. Continue through the installer to install UniFi Identity Endpoint.
  4. Open Unifi Identity and click Sign In to Your Organization
  5. Enter organization domain: buckedup
  6. To connect to the VPN, click on the icon in the bottom-right taskbar and toggle on the VPN connection.

Mac OS

  1. Click on the Get Started button from the email you received which should be titled "Complete Your Bucked Up Identity Setup".
  2. It should automatically start downloading. If it doesn't click on Download UniFi Endpoint manually.
  3. Continue through the installer to install UniFi Identity Endpoint.
  4. Open Unifi Identity and enter your organization code: buckedup
  5. Login with your 365 account.
  6. It will be in the top-right taskbar. Click System Preference, click the lock, Allow Identity.
  7. Connect to the VPN by toggling it on and clicking Allow on the popup.
