How to Access a shared Mailbox Outlook Online

ThingsA shared mailbox is accessible by anyone that has been given access to Know

it.
  • This is writtenallows for multiple people to work out of a unified inbox rather than forwarding emails to everyone.

    Outlook Browser

    1. Go to https://outlook.office.comcom/mail/
      2. steps are similar for outlook for desktop but they're
      not
    2. Click the same3 dots next to your email address

    • In the upperpopup, rightstart corner click on the User icon

    From There a window will opentyping in the upper right, Go ahead and click on the Open another Mailbox link as shown below

    a window will pop up, Enter in the full email address of the shared mailbox you're trying to open.

  • You can now access your shared mailbox from your list of inboxes and folders within Outlook.

    3. Tap Add a shared mailbox
    4. Type in the email address.
    5. Click Continue.

      7. access to all emails contained within.
