How To Join Meetings
How to join the meeting room equipment to a meeting depends on which conferencing service is being used.
Microsoft Teams
- Already scheduled meeting
- (Recommended) Join the meeting from your laptop. Before clicking the Join now button, click Room audio and select the conference room you're in. This will join the conference room equipment and mute your laptop to avoid any feedback.
- Have someone currently in the meeting invite the conference room (HQ, AF, Lindon) and accept the invite on the conference room touchscreen.
